Here are the latest versions of our supporting practice software, Xtractor.

Windows 7, Vista, XP

The latest version of Xtractor, X5, is now available. Xtractor is now a single executable for all instruments, the core MIDI engine has changed and along with it are many improvements. Please note X5 requires version 3.5 of the .NET Framework. For more info about improvements visit the Xtractor X5 info page.

Windows 2000

Windows 2000 is only supported by an old version.

Mac OS X 10.3 Panther or higher

Gigajam software works on both Intel and Power PC Macs. The Mono framework is now a universal binary and will install on either and run natively. Xtractor and Analyser have been tested and found to be working perfectly under Rosetta.

Windows Media Player for OS X is no longer required. Instead we recommend that you use the Flip4Mac plugin for QuickTime, it works seamlessly and saves having an extra media player installed.
